My case is still open I was not the at fault driver I have not been called back not once though it seem’s to be a good law office, for me so far the experience is and has been more then horrible horrible horrible. I could have done a better job probably myself - no I’m not joking 🙃 I’m so upset 😭 it’s not fair that some of us get treated so unjustly what a shame it is now coming up on 3yrs with absolutely no answers not a single person from this office has called me back not even once, I hate that I’m even able to write this review but I am just being honest... I hope that my settlement is worth all 3 years I’ve been waiting...

Overall it was bad experience. Everyday for about 2 months i was told that i would receive a phone call from the Attorney working my case. I got a call back around that 2 month mark and the lady that was working my case didn’t work there anymore but i was told she would call everyday. Things happen so i understood but the new lady was just as bad as the previous lady. She didn’t keep her word with me on pretty everything she told me. Still kept my cool and when i went to get my check she was over an hour late. She set the time and showed up to the office late. Then it seemed like nobody cared about my car not being worked on. They gave me my check and basically said bye. I wouldn’t suggest these guys to anybody.

I had a totaled car, fractured ankle, eye gash, split tongue, and mental stress/pain/recovery for months, and awarded only max a policy limit!??? That's ridiculous! If you want someone to ACTUALLY fight for what you case is worth, consider going elsewhere! Furthermore dont expect an call back for any updates on a timely basis! Perfect example of someone treating you like a crash dummy...

If i could give a 0 I would!!.. This office is extremely unprofessional and do not follow up on what they tell you!.. I’ve been dealing with them for almost a year now and still NOTHING has been resolved and I have yet to speak to Michael Carestia!!!! No one at the office is taking ownership of my case just keeps saying it’s in negotiations and someone will call back , which they NEVER DO!!.. When you call the office there’s an answering machine so you NEVEE her to speak with an actual person that works at the firm !!.. This office is a JOKE and will NEVER recommend anyone here!!!!!!

At the end I was left with an unpaid medical bill. When subtracting the bill from my settlement, I’m getting a settlement less than what the attorney and the chiropractor, that they referred, received.

The WORST LAWYER office I have EVER dealt with!!! I wouldn’t use them again if my life depended on it!!! It’s been almost 2 YEARS n nothing has been done... I never receive my call backs or updates, very unprofessional,again the WORST I have ever dealt with!!!!!

Worst law firm I've ever dealt with. Nothing but lies after lies. They have a high turnover so everytime you call, you have person handling your case and still have NO information about your case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THIS LAW FIRM.

I am highly disappointed in this firm. They had my case for over a year and would not respond to multiple attempts to get updated information about my case. I emailed at least two individuals several times with no response. I even called multiple times to have the receptionist put me on a callback list but never received a callback. They let my case sit for months and did nothing with it. They recently decided to drop my case (after months of no correspondence) and now I am left to pick-up the pieces that they were suppose to put together. No-one will take my case because this firm took so long to get their ish together. So much time wasted. Being an accident is traumatizing enough. Dealing with shoddy lawyer office makes it worse. They really don't care, they are only worried about collecting that check. I never even met the lawyer. I would go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever and worst law firm I've trusted with a case. Huge turnover rate, unprofessional and lack of communication from staff. I was hit by tractor trailer and after 11 months they settled my case without my permission and knowledge. They settled my case without my consent. The check was at the lowest amount without pain and suffering, loss wages etc...This was a waste. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM.
