I was in an accident in April. I haven't heard anything from anyone since the beginning of the claim. I am discouraged, out raged and disappointed about the whole thing. I spoke to one person that said she was my case manager at the firm. Once she didn't reach out to me I called back and there was always a reaction of she's not in Ms. Roberts!!!! Can I take a message. I don't want any messages translated from me to the secretary. I want to no where my money is from who I hired as my active attorney. This is totally unacceptable. If I don't get a response soon I am going to terminate them as my representative.

Do not waste your time. Mr. Carestia says things then forget you have to remind him and resend him emails showing him what he stated. He does not follow up in a timely manner, or return calls I felt as if I had to harrass him. He just sent me to the chiropractor causing me money, without reviewing my case. If i could give them no star I would.

"Unprofessional, low communication, lack of urgency or efficiency towards my case. I never got to meet my lawyer in fact I never even got to talk to him til the end of my case days after quoted payment date." All of this is very true. I've been in accidents before and handled them on my own I've always gotten my medical bills paid, car repairs paid, a check for my bodily injuries and my loss of wages. Michael Carestia wants to tell me Progressive won't pay for my loss of wages. The service they provide is horrible.

My teenage son and his friends were nearly killed in a car accident that was no fault of their own last March 2017. We hired Michael Carestia to handle their case because they showed up to the hospital and assured us they would take very good care of this case. Unfortunately we have been given the run around repeatedly. They deceived us without a care. A demand package has not even been offered to these young boys. We have never heard from Michael P. Carestia and we call everyday. His assistant Ms. Wheaton offers one excuse and dishonest explanation after the next. It will be one year soon since this horrible accident and nothing has been done by the Law Office of Michael P. Carestia. Mr. Carestia and the people who work for him have been uncaring, incompetent, and dishonest. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone. If you are in need of a accident attorney do not do business with The Law Office Of Michael P. Carestia.
