I highly recommend this law firm . Howard and his son Robert did an excellent job . Very knowledgeable of court proceedings, and help you the whole way through, so that you feel comfortable and you get the results your looking for. I cannot thank these guys enough. Always took care of care of my personal finances but took a risk opening a business and turns out it just was not my time. The amount of debt I guaranteed for the business loan could purchase a very nice Buckhead mid-rise. I have been a nervous wreck since January, but the Kents put me at ease every step of the way. Robert Kent pretty much steered for the majority of the case, but Howard went with me to the 341 hearing and answered all trillion of my questions between meetings. I recommend this group without question.

I highly recommend The Kent Law Firm! From the very first meeting, Howard and Robert make you feel at ease. They make sure you understand all aspects of the bankruptcy process and are always there to answer any questions you may have. And when my court date finally came, I was nervous, but Howard was right there by my side reassuring me. I only wish I had contacted them sooner. I can answer my phone again and pretty soon I'll be debt-free.

I went into the office on December 29, 2017. Let me tell you, what a FANTASTIC experience! Sometimes when we think of attorneys we normally equate them with negativity. This father and son duo is nothing of the sort. They are very helpful and understanding to your individual situation. This is a non-judgement zone. Attorney Otanya is great. She was very professional, responsive and always available to answer questions patiently and completely. I felt like I was her top priority. She communicated clearly and effectively next steps and what to expect. My overall experience was exemplary. I would highly recommend her.

Having recently moved to a new metro Atlanta suburb I found myself in an unfavorable situation with the police that resulted in two violations (speeding ticket and ticket for dark tent on my vehicle).
