Following a serious car accident where I sustained multiple injuries, a friend of mine introduced me to James Robson and his team. From our initial meeting through signing the final settlement documents, James had my confidence that he would fight on my behalf to make me 100% whole. He worked directly with me, as opposed to a paralegal and/or admin, and throughout the case was accessible and responsive–I was well-informed throughout the entire process. I was pleased with the final settlement and know I would not have been so fortunate had I not sought his help. I hope I never have to pursue a personal injury lawsuit again, but if I do, I would use Glass and Robson in a heartbeat.

Before hiring James, the defendant's insurance completely low-balled us. We hired James and he was able to negotiate a fair settlement amount advising us each step of the way. He was also incredibly responsive at every point of the process.

After my accident, the other driver’s insurance denied my claim. I wasn’t sure how that was possible since their driver was at fault and cited for the accident. Since I hadn’t been in this situation before, I started looking for an attorney for advice. After speaking with Mr. Glass, I felt comfortable with him/his firm and decided to move forward. Mr. Glass was great to work with. He was always accessible and did a great job of keeping me informed of the process and in explaining the process/next steps to me.
