He is an excellent attorney my ex-employer made me signed a non-compete agreement back in 2008; after working there for five years I decided to leave the company and work on my own 7 months later I received a letter of cease and desist based on such agreement. David demonstrated that it wasn't enforceable under Georgia law. He was very knowledgeable of the law, kept me informed and follow up for months. I couldn't ask for a better Attorney.
