During my period of unemployment, I was wrongly deprived of my benefits, which truly hurts someone as young as I am. I called several lawyers and had several evaluations of my case and not even a reply from the other lawyers. David took the time to speak to me personally and get the facts, assess the situation, and come up with a solid plan of success. I don't know where to being with David. As soon as I consulted with him regarding my case he seemed to care about every detail and wanted to make sure I ended up okay, I wasn't just another case to him. He kept me in the loop over everything that was going on and what was going to happen. Everytime I had a question he had an answer, and if he didn't or wasn't a 100% sure he just wouldn't yea me off he would do the research to get a correct answer for me (for example with my case, there is a possible issue of me not being able to enter the country of Canada where I am attending a wedding, he looked into the matter for me and told me what needs to happen so I can still go to that wedding). I have heard a lot of horror stories in the past regarding Lawyers, but David is one that isn't playing politics with others, he genuinely cares about you his client and makes sure that he always puts you first. I would use David again in a heartbeat and if I ever need a lawyer no matter what the issue is my first call will be to David Selby.

I felt Mr. Selby had my best interests in mind, and I felt confident that he understood what I was trying to accomplish.
