We hired Evan for a slip-and-fall case and he was absolutely amazing. He was thorough, kept us informed, and always walked us through the pros and cons of particularly strategies. He didn't sugar coat our case - he was very honest about our weaknesses, but also emphasized the positives in a fair and balanced way. Ultimately, he negotiated a very attractive settlement for us that we considered a major success. I would give him a 1000% (yes, 1000) recommendation without hesitation.

Mr. Howell was highly recommended by my neighbor after my family experienced our first car accident. Mr. Howell and staff were very caring, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to make sure we not received the best care after the accident but we received the settlement we deserved. I pray we never have another accident or and incident that requires the assistance of an attorney but if so I would definitely use Mr. Howell again.

Evan handled a settlement for me after I was involved in an auto accident. He took the time to explain what we were about to go through including providing a time line for the process. He did a good job of explaining all of the documents that we had to fill out for the settlement. If I ever had a question during the process, he responded to my emails in a timely manner.
When I went to the office, everyone there was friendly and helpful.

i would reccomend mr. howell to anyone. he isnt the type of lawyer thats in it for the money. he actually cared about my well being and explained everything to me. he also made sure i was up to date with everything about my case. if i need to use a lawyer again hes the one i will call without a second thought.
