I would not recommend Arnold Ernst. He did not seem professional nor did he seem to know the laws with "out of state" adoption. He is very long winded and his fees were unreasonable. My team of attorneys were very disappointed with his lack of knowledge. I understand retainer fees, but felt he was unfair because I was out of state. The court appointed attorney was very helpful..
