After renting a home in East Point that have a crawlspace infested with mold, which was where the HVAC unit was located. This resulted in blowing mold though our home and resulting health problems, medical expenses and the losing almost all personal property. My husband and I hired attorney Heslop, she was able to convince the insurance company attorneys we had evidence that support the landlord had prior knowledge of homes mold problem before we moved into the property and establish under Georgia Law, the landlord failure to notify us of homes water/flooding problem prior to moving in, made the landlord responsible for all our damages. This resulted in the insurance company agreeing to an out of court settlement.
