Kapadia & Naik came to my rescue at the right time. I had been working with an attorney at another firm to review my lease for a commercial space and getting nowhere slowly. I needed the lease reviewed asap so my tenant rep suggested I reach out to Vic. I’m so glad he did because unlike the previous attorney, Vic was attentive to what I needed, he was very responsive, upfront, honest, and he got it done in a timely manner. I have worked with multiple attorneys and it usually the same old experience…waiting, waiting, and more waiting on top of being billed. I was so impressed by this firm and how eager they were to get things done quickly and precisely. Vic pointed out so many things I wouldn’t have noticed and his expertise was so helpful in the negotiating process. Worth every penny!!! And I will definitely be calling them for my future needs.
