Highly HIGHLY recommend!! Best decision I made was hiring Thomas for my boyfriend’s case. It was a pretty tough case but Thomas always kept us informed and worked very hard. He’s the only attorney that actually took the time to listen to our situation and automatically had us feel at ease. Then in the middle of it all… my boyfriend got into an accident and they took him to jail because of his current court situation that Thomas was working on. I called him crying desperately asking for help as I did not know what to do, but thankfully Thomas got him out of jail that same day with no bond!! Forever grateful for this man. Thank you so much Mr. Nagel! We couldn’t have done it without you!

Mr. Nagel proved to be a great attorney. I received a speeding ticket (and I do not live in GA) - he was able to handle all of the necessary steps in my court proceedings so that I did not have to travel back and forth to GA. He also was very honest and realistic about what to expect and kept me posted each step of the way. I am very thankful for his services and the outcome he was able to get for me. I would recommend him whether you live in GA or out of state and need a local GA attorney. His professionalism/advice was 1000 times better than several other attorneys I met with before hiring him. **Literally the best attorney in Atlanta!!!** Every mother’s worst nightmare is getting a call that your child has been in an accident. Our son was involved in an ATV accident at his friends house and he wasn’t wearing a helmet. After getting him to the hospital and many other doctors appts that he required I was worried sick of the amount of medical bills we were accumulating. I was hesitant to hire an attorney but Richard was referred to us, so I called and he immediately came to the rescue. He came to our house and walked me through everything. Since that day he has held my hand through the whole process!! He has work diligently and fought hard for our son like it was his own son he was fighting for.
