I want to write my appreciation for a wonderful person LaShanda Boyd. I was in a car wreck January 2014 and called Henningsen Injury Attorney because I felt I was being treated unfairly by the Insurance company of the other driver. As he was at fault. They sent a gentleman 2 hours away from there office to my place of business the following day to speak to me, he explained everything in detail of how they could represent and help me. I was very impressed and signed the form to have this firm represent me. The next day I was contacted by LaShanda and she confirmed as well I had nothing to worry about that she would handle everything. She explained if I was to hear from anyone or receive mail (to include bills) I was to direct all calls and forward all bills to the firm. Not only did I not have to do one more thing other then attend my doctor and rehab appointments, LaShanda personally called me several times or sent me frequent emails just to CHECK on me and see how I was feeling or if she knew when I had an appointment she called to see how I made out. May I add many times these calls were in the evening on her OWN time. I am very pleased to say they took care of everything and I received a settlement that covered all medical bills, lost time from my job, another vehicle and money left over....If you are stressed from an incident you feel you are not being treated fairly PLEASE call Henningsen, they treat you like FAMILY and TRULY care. I got hit by a car while riding my bicycle near Atlanta. Being a non-resident (was a Visiting Scholar at GeorgiaTech) I was at a loss at what to do. I couldn't move and couldn't leave the house I was staying at. Luckily, my brother found Henningsen Injury Attorneys on the internet and I called them immediately. Mr. Henningsen and his paralegal Carmen came all the way from their office to see me and talk with me. They were extremely professional, nice, friendly and you could see right off the bat that they were really experienced. Not only that, but my well-being was their first priority.
