They Are very professional and one of the best in the business , from the first phone call I placed after my accident , an investigator was sent to me to fill out the paper work, I didn’t have to leave the house. Within two days I got a claim number for my property damage from the firm. And I was emailed a copy of my police report and next steps . Carmen took over my case and honestly she is amazing, she was very diligent, consistent , knowledgeable , thorough and patient, she carried me along through every milestone and kept me updated .
