J. Franklin Burns PC represented me for over two years. I injured my back at work which eventually required surgery . Before I had surgery, he was able to get me a better doctor. He was also able to get my weekly Worker’s Compensation benefits started. What I liked most about the firm is that Mr. Burns and his staff were extremely responsive and attentive to my case. Mr. Burns even gave me his cell phone number. Georgia Worker’s Comp. laws are complicated and I was glad that I had someone who explained the law to me and plain language. I recently settled my case for a fair amount. I highly recommend J. Franklin Burns PC.

Shannon Rolen and her paralegal Zaheen worked their magic for me! After trying to settle with insurance directly and getting the runaround, Shannon was able to get them to pay for my bills in full as they should have done in the first place. It was a blessing to turn it over to this team and not worry knowing they had it handled!

Mr. Burns, Attorney Klee's, Paralegal, Jaleah Cooke is by far a great asset to your firm. This young lady has gone above and beyond what is expected of her to help me solve some serious issues. If it were not for her I would be lost in paperwork and running around unnecessarily to say the least. She has saved me time, money and the aggravation of having not to do so. My experience with attorney Burns was smooth from start to finish. I was completely new to this process and Frank was very transparent as he explained each part of my case. He was also very accessible whether I needed to give him a call or just come by the office. His office was extremely safe with respect to COVID-19 precautions. The firm ultimately settled my case for more than I expected. I highly recommend this team to anyone who needs help after an accident.

Franklin Burns Esq. seems very charismatic and sincere at first. He didn't want to take my case. When he did things seem to go well. That being we just came into/out covid~19. Where if I was to speculate clients were fair. The case being workers comp took it almost to the end. Then I started having issues with a third party entity given by the insurance company. The company harassed me on multiple things. I told them to contact my attorney. Franklin then proceeds to call me and state " Look, Mr. Carter I'm not going to deal with this issue. I have too many cases to worry about" I then told him that I would handle it the way any red blooded American would handle harassing phone calls (Aggressive). This week the same company did it again and for a moot appointment which was handled a week prior. Sending people to my door, and calling my phone. Frank then calls me saying " Mr. Carter I can't deal with disrespect". When he allowed a company he's to be the buffer between insurance company and its constituents. Then took himself off the case. Maybe he got a better deal, but I do know he said screw you straight to my ear. He never earned the regard for handling smaller cases. when It had been almost 5 months of pain and doctor visits. Ethical implications in reference to being a guardian of effects that would act as a source of undue prejudice. Wherefore, Improper termination of attorney-client relationship, including abandonment, and clear negligence. Everything, the American and Georgia bar associations frown upon by allowing his client to be harassed by individual constituents from the opposing party.

Worker Comp. is not easy to navigate through and having the right Lawyer is imperative. Karisa was awesome!
