My experience with Henningsen has been exceptionally positive. The staff's approach has been consistently courteous, professional, and notably effective in communicating complex legal concepts in simple, understandable terms. Despite the typically prolonged nature of legal proceedings, they are always patient, checked in regularly, even when I was unable to respond to their calls promptly. I had worked with Karen, Rebecca, and Arlene. They all provided outstanding services. Especially Arlene, she is so patient, concise, professional, and she was persistent to fight for the best benefits for me and my daughter. She is so knowledgeable and told me lots of knowledge I could never figure out by myself. Henningsen stands out for genuinely assisting their clients, a stark contrast to other firms that might use technical jargon to intimidate or exploit clients. Working with lawyers has always been a daunting prospect for me, but Henningsen has transformed this into a reassuring and positive experience. Unlike most law firms that my family met with, Heninngson gave us importance, payed attention to every detail, and went above and beyond with getting the most out of our claim.
