It was a long journey to get permanent residence and we finally got it. I contacted Schwartz Posel Immigration for an EB-3 (skilled worker) visa from F2. From start to finish, she guided me in the right direction and helped me whenever I had any questions. She and her team worked and walked with me every step of the way. She has a big view and it means she knows how to reach a final goal. And we needed only patience for timing. Schwartz Posel Immigration did the best for me and my family. We contacted Schwartz Posel Immigration for a J1, 2 year home return rule waiver. We were assigned to the attorney Rachel S. Binstock. She quickly identified the extreme hardship as our basis and we proceeded forward. In matter of weeks she has prepared a very strong case and sent it to USCIS. To summarize, the whole process was very difficult and long but it proved that we had the right attorney on our side and our case was approved. I have dealt with greedy and incompetent lawyers before! Laine is never going to waste your time or money. She's most confident whether it's in the court room or during case preparations and processing. I remember I went to her when I was in deportation, she reviewed my case and immediately recognized that there was an error made on the immigration case decision. We fought that and she got me out. It was a long and exhausting journey but she made sure everything went well. I finally became a citizen today. Somebody referred her to me, and I have also referred her to other people who also ended up hiring her. She's the best, alert, sharp, and quick at communication! That's all you want!

If you have any kind of immigration problem outside filling out the standard forms, you know that finding an immigration attorney that knows the law beyond the basics can be a real challenge. I got so sick of these guys that I finally realized the best thing to do was to find a lawyer who teaches immigration law at Emory law school. I came across Dale Schwartz this way and met with him and Laine (his daughter and partner in the firm). They were both very sharp and friendly. I was impressed at how much they knew off the top of their heads when they were immediately able to answer questions that other lawyers either gave me incorrect answers on or had to look up in books. Laine handled everything with my case and it went as she said it would. Her firm filled out all the forms correctly and she communicated with the court and USCIS on my behalf and got quick answers. She also accompanied me to court and I was again reassured when I saw the judge's eyes light up when he saw her. I could tell that he appreciated dealing with a knowledgeable and prepared attorney and it made my complicated case sail through. It never hurts to have an attorney that judges like and respect! I can't recommend Laine enough. Her services and experience helped me with a real jam beyond the scope of the other lawyers I consulted with. If you have a problem that isn't easily resolved with a simple form, skip the hassle of the rest and go straight to the best. Confident, poised, exceptionally bright, and friendly are the qualities you want in a lawyer, especially if you have to go to court, and Laine possesses them all. I didn't actively price lawyers, but her rates seemed perfectly reasonable to me. Laine is quick to answer a phone call or email question and won't nickel and dime you billing you for every second you spend with her.

You cannot ask for a better immigration attorney then Laine Posel. She is so smart, and always there when you need her. Very well versed in US Immigration Laws, sharp, sincere, and understand her clients. If you do not have a straight case, she is the one to hire. She is Blackberry junky and sleeps with it. I sent her an email at midnight and got the answer right there. Very friendly and meticulous and have wonderful ideas. I hired her few years back for my family immigration and since then my whole family is a big fan of her. I referred her to my sister in law and she did wonders there. She seems like a part of our family. We used her for I-130 family based petition, I-140 Employment based petition, L-1 Visa, I-485, Citizenship and CSPA, and she never disappointed us. So far we have 100% results with her and very satisfied. Her personality is very pleasant and makes you feel like you are in right hands.
