Adam and Meri, along with their professional team,were nothing but compassionate and superb. Because of the nature of my situation I felt as though they truly wanted to help and were concerned about my well-being. They listened to everything I had to say and treated me with respect. They were in constant communication and updated me frequently on the status of my case. They have become like family to me. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need.

What can I say. When I 1st went up to the office Adam was there a long with his team. And they IMMEDIATELY made me feel like family. Having to go through probate and a court appointed administrator I had to deal with a lot of different lawyers. Nothing compares to the way Adam and his team were. I NEVER had a problem getting him or anyone on the phone or an email response. Mind you I had given up because my case was turnt down by multiple lawyers. But Adam took the case and we won and I can’t thank him enough for everything. He absolutely deserves a 5 out of 5.

I was referred to Lauren by an acquaintance when I was suddenly faced with being an Executor for the estate of a close friend. I had no experience in such matters and while the Estate was modest, there were complications. During the initial consultation with Lauren, I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew she was the expert I needed to guide me through the probate process. She has been a pleasure to work with - always professional, responsive, and patient. She was great at keeping me informed of the various steps in the process, namely what input was needed from me and her next action items. She made the entire situation so much easier at an already difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend Lauren and will retain her services again should the need arise (with aging parents, that is very likely soon).

After the passing of a parent, not only was I grieving but I had to also deal with the complex and confusing probate process of an unorganized, out-of-state court system along with toxic family dynamics I had successfully removed from my life up to that point. When I first met with Ms. Miller, she instantly put me at ease and showed a level of empathy and understanding for my circumstances that I will forever be grateful for. I hired her on the spot and with each new challenge we faced, both her professionalism and humanity confirmed I made the right decision. She always kept me apprised of what is/was happening in my case, returned phone calls and emails promptly, remained open to diverse ideas and approaches, remained objective and attentive, adapted well to unforeseen challenges and events, was well researched yet open to seeking outside expertise when necessary, and the list goes on and on. I cannot recommend Ms. Miller enough. She is an outstanding attorney.

I called in about four to five weeks ago and spoke with a Cassandra in reference to the loss of function in my great toe due to a doctors negligence. Cassandra laughed at me when I explained to her my situation, Cassandra also explained to me that it’s “all about money” when it comes to the business. A few days after I posted my review on Google Mr.Malone reached out to me condemning her actions and explaining to me how it works, and essentially it is about the money because it can cost almost 500k to get your case started. After talking with him I removed my review from google because he seemed sincere. However I just want someone to understand for me it’s the principle and not about the money. I sent all my records over to Mr.Malone around 06/04/2024 and sent an email on 06/22/2024 for an update. Mr.Malone informed me that he would look over my files and get back with me in about a week and if he couldnt help he would refer me to someone who possibly would be able to. I have not heard back, and I’m done, basically if you didn’t lose a limb your case will not be taken seriously and the doctor can do anything to you with no consequences. It’s really sad that everytime I’ve needed a workplace enviorment lawyer or a negligence lawyer this is the energy I have gotten. If you only signed up for the more lucrative cases you’re already doing it wrong. I’m just going to leave this firm to itself. I am leaving my review up and cutting contact. Hopefully I can find someone who is willing to do it for the right reasons. This has been very traumatic for me and I just want someone that is doing it for the right reasons.

I posted in a Facebook group seeking counsel. I received a few responses but with only a few words, her response resonated the most. I had a consultation with Attorney Miller, and even though she saw no path to litigation, I sincerely appreciate her thoroughness in my regard,

I received a referral to Attorney Lauren Miller from a California attorney who highly recommended her for federal civil litigation. Ms. Miller does not disappoint! She quickly filed my case in federal civil court and communicated with opposing counsel and was able to negotiate a more than satisfactory settlement in short period of time. I cannot commend Ms Miller enough for her professionalism, efficiency, and advocacy for my case. She was also a compassionate and supportive human being and I am beyond lucky to have found her to represent me.

Lauren took a very emotionally difficult situation for me and showed compassion, patience, and was thorough. She took my thoughts and opinions into consideration, and always listened. If she didn’t know the answer, she researched, consulted colleagues, and found it! She was not arrogant in the least and was very approachable and responsive in emails and phone calls.
