Kevin Burkhart and Sutton Slover are compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and have excellent communication with clients. They are diligent and never back down to the insurance companies. I highly recommend this firm. They will treat you right, give you the attention you deserve, and follow through with their job.

Yo, this firm is legit. Kevin is my go to man when it comes to legal issues and I would not trust anyone else with my personal injury claims. He knows what he's doing to get me my money.

Let me start off by saying after reading all the positive reviews I’m not sure what kind of people I encountered. I was in not one but 2 trucking accidents within 3 days with neither being my fault. However this was June 2017, I went 4 months without being able to contact Rhonda McCormick. Even when I called the office I would ask if she was in and the receptionist would say yes and transfer me only for me to get the voicemail.mind you I was not calling at all because I spent majority of my time mourning for the loss of my baby boy due to this accident. In December I called daily and was able to speak with someone name Ricky who was very helpful. I then waited until middle January to make contact again and after 6 days I finally was able to speak with her, and I was very concerned about the poor communication. I told her that the receptionist always said that she was at her desk, but she insisted that she been out and had been sick. I totally understand. She even gave me her cell phone number. Now its March 2018 I reached out to get an update and I sent a text 4 days later she text back only to give an excuse and promise to give me a call the next day after checking on my case status. I never got a call. So one week later I decided to call and I left a voicemail and then because it was still business hours I call the office. They transferred me and guess what she picked up. Let me just say she was so rude and very offended that I called her twice and left that one message and told me not to call. I was shocked and confused all at the same time when she clearly stated that she would call me the next day 1 week prior. To know that this person will be paid for her services and feel as though I was bothering her just because I called is unexceptionable. The entire duration of my time as a client she was clearly incompetent and clueless when it came to my case. She never knew anything and was never available the very few times that I called within my 9 months of being a client. I do not suggest that anyone do business with this law firm.

Won't respond to phone calls or emails and he's had my case for nearly two years. Untrustworthy attorney and his paralegal, Rhonda, is the worst!

Three years ago I choose a TV attorney to handle my car accident case, who had no trial background. After getting the run around they transferred my case to Sutton as a lost, without the courtesy of even saying bye. Sutton was honest and determine to fight for me. His name meant more than the Tv attorney name within the legal circles. Sutton was able to settle my case for a suitable amount.

Mr. Slover and his team were by far a welcome change from the experience I had with my previous attorney. Mr. Slover and co. were very informing, honest, and helpful in ALL aspects of my case. They worked on a tight timeline on my cases and definitely got the results that we needed! Thank you! I would recommend calling him and his team before wasting time on any other!! The sooner the better!!!

I was involved in a hit and run accident! I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian. I woke up in a hospital two days later and could not walk. I had no idea what to do? The police were of no help. A good friend contacted Sutton T Slover Law offices and explained that I was hit by a car and the police had no idea who the culprit was. Rhonda mccormick and Sutton T Slover checked for video surveillance within the department of transportation and the Atlanta police department. Nothing was available. They also had an investigator working with them to find the driver who struck me. Nothing was found. I had no idea how my medical bills would be paid, or if was able to take part in physical therapy. They were able to get me funding for my medical bills through a type of government grant, and found that my car insurance policy was written inaccurately. They then used there skills and the car insurance carrier covered 100% of my medical bills when it would only cover 20% previously. They were able to find many hidden clauses in my policy that allowed me to receive compensation for loss of work, pain and suffering, and full payment of my medical bills. Each time I went into the law office I was treated as a friend, and was greeted as family. Great Law firm, they really care!!

Sutton was on point! Great communication with his office and he was honest and open throughout. Doesn't give you the run around.
