I hired her to help with my husband getting here. She she demanded all money up front then did nothing . My case was expidites due to medical reasons and she never sent paperwork in . She is a scammer

As an immirgant to the USA who is now in Australia due to COVID, I have tried to contact this firm with no success to follow up and reach a resolution to a judgement against their client.
My mother has recently passed. Despite this, no contact has been made to mediate, except for a call demanding more money from me.
What a shame.

Safiya Byars got my case and guided and explained to me my options! Consulted with 3 lawyers before her and all 3 told me I had a poor case instead of explaining me my options or to empower me to try .
