Now we can see why there are so many positive reviews about Tom Ashenden and his firm. The way they handled our case was first class. Tom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and keep us informed including promptly returning phone calls no manner what time of day. They were also very interested in capturing every detail which really made a difference in the amount we received for our claim. The amount was way above what we expected and what other lawyers thought they could achieve with our case. Tom and his staff are also very approachable which made the process so much easier. We highly recommend this law firm!

After three years of acquiring the service of Tom I left his office today feeling very disheartened. I didn't feel like my case was taken seriously and that any effort was put into it. I know there are many reasons why that could have happened. However, as a client I shouldn't be left feeling that way. I acquired Tom's service three years ago and the settlement offer I was offered three years ago was the same offer I ended up walking away with three years later. I did not go to law school but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that, that should not have happened. My case never made it to court. I never received a court date. I was left feeling as if my case was not worth his time. I feel I was fluffed for three years then left up to make my own choice if I wanted to proceed or wait another two years. I would not recommend Tom in all honesty. I am very disappointed and hurt.

Ashenden & Associates did a fantastic job of negotiating and settleing an accident case. He has a great team of associates that kept me up to date on events without me having to call or e-mail. Their patience, referrals, teamwork and perserverance helped me to be confident that they would be successful in winning the case. The insurance companies' initial offers were low, so Tom asked me to come to his office so he could explain what to expect if we were to file a lawsuit. He gave me the option to either accept what was offered or to allow him to file a lawsuit. I decided to allow him to file it. Following several depositions and court filings, my case ultimately settled for more than three times the amount that was offered before Tom prepared my case for trial. Tom is an excellent attorney who protected my rights. He stood up for me against four other attorneys who all represented different parties in my case.
