The worst law firm ever! Very unhappy!! I wish I would of went with another firm! At the beginning they called all the time now I never hear from them at all!! Nothing ever done!! I'm still waiting! DO NOT USE this LAW FIRM!!!!

We are very unhappy with their services they have this bubbly assistant that returns your calls making you feel like they care yet you never hear from the lawyer! We only called him 3 times in a year and spoke to him once! They never call us we just randomly call them ever so often .Yet they get 40 percent not worth 1 star

I just called to ask a question to see if I could get an attorney for my case. The gentleman I spoke with was rude and blunt. First, he did not acknowledge who he was. Second, I felt rushed to tell my story and he seemed uninterested in helping because no one was seriously injured. In conclusion, my 5 minutes of experience with them was not pleasant and I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone! DO NOT believe the commercials. If I could give no stars, I would!!

My lawyer never contacted me, I always had to follow up with him. He told me the same thing over and over again when I have was able to speak to him. It has almost been a year since the accident and I agreed to settle and a month and a half since I signed and I still don't have anything to show for it! Don't use them if you can help it!!!

When i first signed with their firm i thought they where great wow i thought my surgery will get done and I'll be fine,not the case,and every time i see that commercail it reminds me of all the greed and deceit and this is not a joke. Joel hausman was the appointed advocate for my case,yes we did the surgery i said we because it benefits them more than me im in more pain now than before,on top of this i was living with an abusive man ,i dealt with it because i had no where to go,not long we settled for $177,500.so i asked joel how long would it bo before the check comes in he said two weeks,so i asked him if he could front me $2000.00 and he could take it out the check when it comes in two weeks August 07,2013,because i feared this man was going to hurt me,Joel hausman said he couldn't,after i explained the truth about my living conditions with this man i did not get along with,so i hung in as long as i could but within the two weeks the man was abusive again and we both went to jail ironically on August 07,2013 the day im to receive my check,now i called joel and told him of my circumstances the firm assured me my monies where there and safe,now joel took$71,000.00instantly ok mines is $106,500 im not scared as yet ,now i hire another attorney to get me out of jail,now here comes the game while im in a truly vulnerable position, i ask joel to give the attorney 5000.00 he comes to jail in two days for me to sign the release of the monies yet he doesn't give it to the attorney until two months later prolonging my stay,ga, do not have self defense its crazy but this is real,but by Gods grace im out,so now i go to collect my check ,he gives me one for$37,508.70cents then a next check for $3998.00a month and change later which he lied and said it would be more,even if 40,000 went towards medical where is the rest ,he had my monies in a escrow account he could make up all kinds of stories and somehow unbeknownst to was power of attorney over my money,i wont even let my own mother have that privilege .im looking into it now,trust me i can back up all im stating,but what i will say is you want an attorney who truly has your best interest and not take advantage of any situation your in,your attorney is your team,you want a true lawyer not a greedy liars,so take heed and becareful and don't let them intimidate you with their fancy words and if you dont understand something you ask. The fact that they will come visit you is a big plus, as far as I am concerned. Their personal injury attorneys listen and care. They also give back to the community, which means a lot to me. Keep up the outstanding work Montlick & Associates.
