Joel Roth handled my car accident case very poorly. They would not answer calls promtly. I had to help them get information and do their job. The amount I received was a lot less than it should have been. The commercials are lies. They advertise how well they do car accident cases, well that did not happen in my case. Do not use them for any case.

They handled my case in a poorly manner. I had to be calling and calling to get updates on my case. They don't call nor follow up with you at all. I only spoke with the lawyer twice and he did not even handle the claim, it is the assistant. I felt the lawyer was only there to make you believe they will take care of you, but not at all !! I received almost nothing and feel that if the lawyer would had taken my case seriously, I would had received a better deal.

The staff that I encountered were excellent ! They were able to take a not so pleasant experience and make it bearable. From the person who answers the phones, to the paralegal's, to my Attorney, all were kind to me. They would not hesitate to go out of there way to obtain the answers to any of my questions. I would highly recommend them, and have, to any of my friends. Once again, Thank You for all your help !!

I Finally feel Important... like family
On October 30, 2012, I was riding my motorcycle shortly after leaving school for the day. I came upon some construction in the road and came to a stop. After putting my feet down, I heard a bang and found myself flying through the air. I slammed into the SUV in front of me and went spinning into oncoming traffic. After picking myself up off the ground and looking back, I realized that I had just been hit by a pick-up truck. My motorcycle had been totaled and smashed up under the front bumper, and torn into several pieces. As I walked closer, everything started to fall back into reality and I realized that my legs and feet were hurting more than they should. With a puzzled look on my face, I fell to the ground, shaking from pain. A few passer-bys ran up and called 911. I have never in my life actually contemplated that I might actually be dying other than this moment, and I must tell you it is very life changing. After what felt like hours, the ambulance finally pulled up and the paramedics put me on a stretcher and carried me to the hospital. After X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, they told me that I had broken both of my legs, shattered my right ankle, broken my back in two places, ruptured my spleen, had a gash in my right foot deep enough to sever nerves leaving my heel numb, broken ribs, and road rash on my back and buttocks. I had to be hospitalized for about a week, and move back in with my parents so someone could take care of me. I had to drop out of school and leave my normal life behind. My hospital visit had racked up a whopping $60,000 and I had found out that the other driver’s insurance was at the minimum allowed, and with him having very low income, he had no assets or money to go after for my bills. With his insurance offering only $30,000 and my insurance offering me $30,000 I was only just going to be able to cover my bills, and nothing else including possible future surgeries… I felt helpless, and like these companies did not care about me in the slightest. After months of recovering, I felt like I needed help. I went around to several different lawyers and companies who ended up charging me a retainer fee, telling me I wasn’t going to be able to get much more, taking my money, and sending me on my way. I have never felt so degraded, I felt like all that these lawyers wanted to do was take my money and thought my case wasn’t worth enough of their time. I heard about Montlick & Associates from a close friend, and decided to give one last lawyer a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hand. For the first time, I finally felt like someone wanted to help. After sitting down with them for about three hours, they had explained every detail of what was happening and all of my possibilities. It turns out that my insurance company was bullying me and under-offering what they should have. With Montlick & Associate’s help, I found out that I could not only get $150,000 from my insurance, but also another $250,000 from another policy and possibly more! This was great news! Just the fact that they didn’t care about a retainer fee and took the time to really look at my situation meant the world to me. I finally didn’t feel taken advantage of or bullied. I finally felt like I had family on my side. They have kept me updated through this whole process and made me feel in control of my situation for the first time in years. I would highly suggest Montlick & Associates to anyone considering a lawyer for any injury purposes!

I was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness of everyone I spoke with here. Each person I spoke with was incredibly caring and gave me their full time and attention. It was a very personable approach and makes you feel like family. They showed great professionalism in the care they took to see all of the little details and get all issues resolved. I am very happy with the results, and despite the circumstances that led me to need legal help, I am quite pleased to have been led to the best Georgia personal injury attorneys. If you are in need of a personal injury attorney, I highly recommend Montlick and Associates!

I had a very good experience with this firm and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs help after an accident. They were very kind and knowledgeable, and VERY tough negotiators when dealing with the insurance company. At first I was not sure if I needed an attorney, because the insurance adjuster said it was definitely not necessary. My 2-door sedan was sideswiped by one of those huge seven passenger SUVs and I sustained multiple face lacerations and dislocated jaw from hitting the steering wheel, plus a very painful lumbar spine injury. Although it was clear that I was facing several surgeries and months of physical therapy, the insurance company offered me less than a third of what I was actually owed. You need to make sure that the insurance company doesn’t cheat you out of what is rightfully yours - because they will try to do that!!!! Thankfully my attorney was able to prove that the accident was 100% NOT my fault. I am a single working mom and have been saving for eight years to put my 17-year old daughter through college next year. If I had listened to the adjuster and not hired an attorney, my hard-earned savings would be gone and I would STILL be in debt. So the moral of the story is DO NOT beleive everything the insurance adjuster tells you!! Hire Montlick & Associates to represent you....you will end up in a much better place.
