I let my friend drive my 2003 for Taurus and they were hit by a drunk driver on Feb 05. I came to them just to receive payment for my property loss. The car was worth less than 2000 but it was my car. Needless to say I'm leaving the office today with a smile on my face. I won't say how much I got bit that car can suck it lol . They worked fast and I got a call every week with an update. Thank you Jennifer and thank you Orlando. I really do appreciate it.

They are the worst. I certainly wouldn't hire them again. I would go with more of a mom and pop firm. That way you won't get lost in the sauce. Oh, I would like to make a suggestion, when a client calls, at least have the courtesy to CALL THEM BACK!
