I am a fellow lawyer but do not practice family law. I referred a mutual client to Judy to handle a very complicated custody matter on extremely short notice. Judy handled the case for my client like a champion and was communicative throughout the case with both me and the client. She not only won the case but truly knocked this complicated, convoluted custody and family violence matter OUT OF THE PARK, including an award of attorneys fees for her/my client. I would recommend Judy for every Georgia family law client going forward. Her team is amazing, and their customer service is A++!

TODAY I just concluded a dui matter that has been going on since November 2017. From my initial consultation with Attorney Montgomery and her office, they provided A+ service. I was facing a difficult case and Attorney Montgomery maneuvered through the case effortlessly. The first step was saving my driver's license. We filled the paperwork with DDS and I recieved notice that the DDS would not pursue the suspension of my license. That was huge because this allowed me to keep driving throughout this entire ordeal. The next step was her office staying in constant communication regarding court dates and anything needed. After months, we decide to push the case to a jury trial. This is where Attorney Montgomery and her staff's preparation was unmatched. Throughout the entire trial which lasted over 7 hours, she never wavered and her closing arguments were something of genius. The jury deliberated for less than 30 mins and came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty! I appreciate all of the hard work and efforts of the staff! If you want an office to support you and fight for you, Attorney Montgomery's office is a no brainer!

Man my BM wouldn't let me see my daughter for over a year and Atty Delus got me joint custody, visitation, and worked on child support being super reasonable. Man she wasn't playing with my baby mom. Hire her for sure.

I really appreciate how Attorney Delus and her team took care of my tenant/landlord dispute and took care of me. They made sure i was well informed every step of the process, and made sure I knew what my options were, what to expect, what she recommended, and ultimately that she supported me. It goes a long way especially when you're trying to defend yourself in a case. She also made the process much easier for me and took care of everything. I'm very very happy.
