My mom and I never had to hire a lawyer before and was not sure how it worked. After someone hit my car, James Ponton walked us through the process and assured us we wouldn't owe any money and my medical records would be paid for after the case. After less than a year the case is settled and I am not only getting my medical bills paid for, but I am receiving a really nice check for all of the trouble. I highly reccomend James Ponton as a lawyer and will use him again if anything else occurs.

I enjoyed working with James. He handled everything from finding the doctors i needed after my accident to making sure the bills where paid and my questions where answered. His staff was amazing, always very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance and someone who will fight for you.
