BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!! They did not give me enough stars to rate this AMAZING human being!!!! 10/10 strongly recommend. When I tell you not only did she HANDLE THE CRAP out of my son’s case she showed care, compassion and understanding from the very beginning. Leah is extremely knowledgeable and beyond well respected in the courts. Even before she would walk in the room other attorneys and judges spoke highly of her. I cried so many tears of joy dealing with Leah she ALWAYS did exactly as she said she would and always kept us updated! There are not even enough words to say how thankful I am and appreciative to have had Leah on my son’s case!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Leah!!! Always and forever Leah! Me and my family Loooove you!!!

Leah represented me at the beginning of her career. Cherokee county had criminal charges filed against me for spanking my daughter with a belt. They had taken my 3 girls and placed them into fostercare. Had it not been for Leah Davis Madden, I would have been just another black single mother statistic & victim of societal prejudices back then. Fast forward almost 20 years later, I am so proud to say I can attest to her excellence. I haven't come across anyone facing criminal charges but would definitely recommend her.

I had not 1 but 2 criminal cases I contacted Leah Davis Madden office and explained my situation to her. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with her explanation on her plan to tackle the cases I followed her every step WORD FOR WORD. And let me tell you EVERYTHING she said she was going to do she DID and I felt very comfortable with her expertise. My first case was dismissed without any issues. The second case she told me to take it to trial, because I was ready to plead out because I just wanted to get the case over with. I took her advice and she completely DOMINATED the case and it was also dismissed. SHE IS A BEAST IN THE COURTROOM!!! #2For2 THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH LEAH!!!

We hired her for a lawsuit. She appeared to be working on the case until suddenly one Friday evening she contacted us. She advised us that the statute of limitations was up that day and she wouldn't file the suit on our behalf. She stated that she did complete all of the paperwork and that we could file it ourselves…that day…on the state portal or something that we didn’t have the means or knowledge to do at the last minute. To this day I don’t understand why she couldn’t file it in her name since she had done all the work. I mean totally left us hanging without a warning. Sat on the case until the last day. SMH. I guess we weren’t the only ones she was working for. Unethical. 0 out of 0. Would not recommend. P.s. why would I lie? She definitely agreed to take my father’s criminal case and associated lawsuit although she doesn’t usually do lawsuits. Ask her about it before you claim i’m a troll. Rude.

I wish i could give a million stars to Ms Leah! My boyfriend and I hired her for a criminal case he was involved in. She was very transparent, honest and helpful every step of the way. She's super professional and kind. The judge even had mad respect for her. The case went to trial and with her extraordinary closing arguments, the jury came back with a not guilty verdict. She's definitely a savage in the courtroom! She will be my top pick for legal representation and i am forever grateful for what she's done for us. I highly, highly recommend Leah and her law firm!
