My divorce was not particularly complex but my wife hired a top-tier lawyer who has a reputation for shenanigans. I interviewed quite a few attorneys but only Charles had the experience and character to navigate dynamic legal challenges without resorting to dirty tactics. Charles established and maintained a firm and respectful strategy that was sound from the start. We not only settled more favorably than id even hoped for, something he very much had to coach me through, we did so without creating animosity. My xwife and I are now in a healthy coparenting relationship and we are all happily moving on to our next chapter of life.

Charles and his team came into my case after about six months where I had other representation and made tremendous strides towards getting me a fair settlement. Charles's experience was well worth my investment with him. I could not have been more pleased with the final outcome. I have had experience with my share of attorneys in the past and hired Charles Medlin and his team on the recommendation of a friend. Had I had him fighting for me to begin with, I would not have needed to seek his help later. He fought for me and we were very successful. I didn’t have calls unanswered, I didn’t have to wait for responses, etc. I felt like I was completely taken care of and believed in from the beginning. Cost is certainly a factor when hiring an attorney. I can't say enough good things about Charles. I had no idea how complex a divorce would be, and I’m sincerely grateful to Charles and his whole team for their sage counsel and thorough work. They utterly know how to master a divorce for their clients. Charles isn't just a lawyer, but a psychologist, a gamer and a master of numbers. I didn’t know they taught that in law school. Charles represented me in an epic divorce battle. He is a honest, knowledgeable, caring lawyer who loves to win! In my case, opposing counsel wanted to fleece me and leave me for dead. When the gavel finally fell (on three different occasions) all judges ruled in favor of me on counts of contempt, custody of my daughter, a fair alimony settlement, and a win in the GA Supreme Court. Pay the extra money (he is not cheap), hire the best, and sleep better at night with him on your side. He will serve you well.

I simply cannot say enough about Mr. Medlin or his team. Choosing legal services is a daunting process, and my divorce was further complicated with volatile emotions and young children. My first meeting allayed any fears, as communication was easy and open. All calls and emails were responded to quickly. The billing practices were laid out in a clear manner, and care was taken throughout to establish a comfortable working relationship. Mr. Medlin introduced me to his associate, Marilyn L. Bardie Kapaun. Marilyn is extremely experienced, and I immediately felt at ease. He made sure I felt confident having her oversee the case - but also assured me he would remain at the helm, ready to step in at a moments notice. Having a choice in who was being utilized hourly at the firm gave me a choice - and led to maximum productivity with minimum waste of expense. Both Charles and Marilyn were fair, conscientious, and aggressive. Exactly what one would want in legal representation. True to his word, Mr. Medlin remained involved during the divorce proceedings. I was referred to Charles Medlin by a close personal friend who informed me he and his staff were the best in the business. We had an extremely difficult and complex custody case where all legal factors came into play (ex. legitimization, custodial rights, health and welfare of the child, etc). Charles assembled his team and dove right in to prepare for the first of many court appearances and filings. Marilyn L. Bardie Kapaun was outstanding and prepared us well prior to all court appearances and won all filed actions. Caitlyn Lindsey-Hood was amazing to close out all our court actions and developed the final custody and visitation agreement. You truly can not go wrong with anyone in this firm when you need bullet-proof experience, guidance and positive results.

Charles was awesome and delivered the desired results in my case. I wish I had found him from the start. No nonsense. Just a get it done kind of guy!

Charles deposed my wife and she didn't know what hit her. We left the deposition and she had sealed her own fate. The following hearings went my way and my wife had to go through a couple of lawyers to find anyone that could come close to matching Charles. Even my ex-wife said that Charles walked all over her lawyers and he was amazing. I was also pleased that he had a large staff to pull from and also outside legal and financial counsel that was able to assist in building the facts for our case. I was led to Mr. Medlin literally days before my final divorce hearing. He agreed to take on my long, drawn out, complicated divorce when no one else would. I retained him on a Friday, and he literally gave up his entire weekend to meet with me and work on my case for our hearing the next MONDAY morning! We met immediately Sat. Morning and worked until after dark, again on Sunday until after dark. Each morning we met I could tell that he had been working on my case long after I left as he came with even more prepared information! We even met at his office prior to our 9am court time!
