My only regret is that I found her after my divorce! That said, she has helped me navigate a tricky marital home sale and given me council and clarity during disputes regarding anything contained in my divorce documents, ie. visitation, decision making rights, child support, etc. Her advice, given her compassionate regard for Father's Rights, helps me feel confident that I'm acting in accord with my legal agreements and being treated fairly. I switched to Marilyn after 3.5 years with a previous attorney to handle my divorce. My only regret is not switching to Marilyn sooner. Marilyn truly cared about the outcome my case. Marilyn helped my wife and I modify a prior Divorce decree from a prior marriage. She was able to eliminate all claims for back-owed child support, obtain custody of the child, and completely re-write the divorce decree, which was truly in the best interest of the child.
