Very Impressed. I called to schedule phone consult and while it was established early on that It would be best if I contacted a firm in another state as most of my Father's estate is there, Mrs. Hurley not only took the time to answer questions but also asked additional questions to help me prepare for my consultation with another firm. She also helped me locate a certified elder care attorney in that state. It's rare to find this quality of service anywhere these days.

My wife wrote the following about our first meeting with Mr. Hurley, at the end of which we asked him to prepare some documents for us: "My husband and I had a lot of anxiety about what might happen to our ability to care for ourselves as we aged, especially as we have no children or family able to help us. Then we found out about Hurley Elder Care Law. In our initial visit, Mr. Hurley answered several of our questions and helped us sort out the legal documents we need in our estate plan. He helped us understand how one spouse’s possible serious medical condition does not have to mean bankruptcy for the other." We plan to continue working with him.
