I want to thank Hurley Elder Care Law for their guidance in this most difficult situation. Applying for Medicaid is such a complicated process, and I don't think I could have done this without them. I never hesitated to reach out with a question, and I was always greeted with compassion and professionalism.

Very caring and business like at the same time. We never could have made it through this with my mom without their help. The processes for Medicaid etc are extremely difficult and confusing, but they made it all smooth and as stress free as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The Hurley Elder Care Law Team helped my brother and I at a most difficult extended season in life. Our aunt was in a very bad accident, in and out of ICU at the hospital and acute rehab’s and now in a rehab/nursing home and at the same time caregiving for our mom at home with end stages Alzheimer’s. There just are not words to describe the peace their counsel, help and professionalism brought to us during these times of possible great loss. I HIGHLY recommend Hurley Elder Care Law!!! We utilized their services to get my mother approved for Medicaid. Various members in my family tried to set her up ourselves, but three (3) of us ... failed at it. My husband found Hurley Elder Care Law in Google reviews. So very happy he did! As you can imagine, it was an extremely emotional time. My mother was diagnosed with Vascular dementia and for her safety, we felt it was now time. She did not have any assets as she spent her life savings helping others. From the 1st phone call with this amazing place, and all others since day one - they have been incredible!!! Tears, confusion, anxiety, repetition, more tears, etc... they helped us through it all! My mother was approved within a matter of a few weeks and placed in an incredible facility. Working with Hurley Elder Care Law allowed us the opportunity to get her placed even before Medicaid was approved. That's how good they are. I truly can't say enough about them!!! This was our hardest decision as a family to put our mom on Medicaid and in a nursing home. She has never not lived with us. They helped us every step of the way!!!! I am so very grateful!!!

My family is so very grateful for Hurley Elder Care Law. They have walked us through getting my elderly father and his wife settled in nursing home and assisted living. They were able to get my father Medicaid approved so that the funds could be used to pay for his wife’s care in the assisted living portion of the Delmar Gardens campus. We worked closely with Paul Abrahamson on all the financial needs and sweet, sweet Lauren Magana, the firms social worker, to find a campus for them both.
