Anne made my first home buying experience seamless and extremely enjoyable. She answered all the questions I had and simplified it to make sure I understood what was going on. I would recommend using Anne to anyone!

I have closed multiple properties in four states, and the closing with Anne was the easiest by far . The seller was being a bit difficult regarding the closing date, and she coordinated everything facilitating closing meetings that worked for both parties. She was always available on her cell. The actual closing was a simple 10 minute meeting. I highly recommend specifying Anne as the closing attorney in your next contract.

I'm not sure I should have had so many closings with Anne given I haven't moved, but she has been great for all of our re-fi needs. Closing with her has taken half the time and effort of my prior closing experiences; and as I keep telling her, I can't wait to use her again (once rates drop just a little bit further)!
