Excellent service, negotiating, & a pleasure to work with.

As a someone that moved to the US but still had accounts back home, I used the firm to file all required documents for FBAR and FATCA compliance. My attorney Kyle Swafford did a great job with frequent updates and getting documents ready in a timely matter. He was always available for any questions I had by email or phone. Taxes in the United States are far more complicated than my home country and a bit more stressful, I recommend having the piece of mind of a good attorney you can trust like Kyle Swafford. I want to share an enthusiastic recommendation for the Bomar Law Firm. And, more specifically, for the lawyer who handled my once miserable, now effectively vanished tax case, Jon Slack. From the start the Bomar firm — and, more exactly, Jon — told me what to expect in process and likely outcome. (Or, at least, the range of usual outcomes.) As it turned out, my case went just as Jon said it would. He got an outstanding result. He basically cleared from my board years of nuisance and overhanging anxiety. Suffice it to say that the problems started with a series of errors by my former CPA back in 2007 --- yes, 2007. The Georgia revenue department first contacted me about it in 2011. I got in touch with the Bomar firm in February of this year. And, about ten days ago, it was all wrapped up and finalized. With, again, an exceptional result. Throughout the process, Jon was responsive and extremely personable. Could not have had a better experience from start to finish.
