I had a very poor experience with Paige. My ex and her lawyer were laughing at me because the paper work she drew up was full of mistakes and cut and pastes from some other random case. I capitulated a lot in mediation because I didn’t have any confidence going through court with her. I do not recommend her.

David took my jurisdiction case and knocked it out of the park. Divorce isn’t easy. At the time, I was on active duty Air Force stationed in Biloxi. Divorce was simultaneously filed in Georgia and Mississippi, although I’ve never been a GA resident. Military divorces have key differences in residence vs domicile vs home of record. David found some keen strategies within case law precedent about residency and turned them against my opponent ultimately working in my favor. Judge dismissed allowing us to move the case back to MS. I trust David’s judgement. He gets to work, he believes in the father’s rights to equality, and he holds his professional image throughout. Unlike my opponent’s attorney who used some sketchy, unethical tactics. I called David recently for advice on an unrelated matter....we chatted about Football, family, and life in general. My attorney was hired for my custody divorce case in the Greater Atlanta Area. As I have recently found out, divorce is not easy. Please consider your defense in your own personal divorce. Every marriage is different, every divorce is different, every lawyer is different. I write this as a client and someone who has referred more than five of my own clients and friends to David over the past 10 years. All would agree with what I am about to say. David has only focused on family law for the past 15 years and also has significant trial experience. Why is this important? When it comes to my children and personal assets I want someone who focuses on family law everyday and has significant trial experience in front of a judge and jury. Your attorney better be a skilled negotiator and have trial experience otherwise they will be looking to settle your case prematurely at your expense. David knows the court system and disposition of the family law judges. You will find this invaluable when it comes to navigating the court system. Divorce, prenuptial agreements and child custody disputes are so emotionally draining. I am so grateful to David for always protecting me and my children's best interests.
