I would recommend Doug Kertscher. He was professional at all times whether it be communicating with myself or opposing counsel. He always made sure to listen and take the time to understand and if he didn't understand something I was trying to communicate he would ensure to keep asking questions until he did. Doug also always ensured to have any information confirmed by myself before sending to any outside parties making sure I agreed to what was being said before hand. Very thankful for his services.

Doug did a great job with my case. He first listened well to me, took the time to understand the case, and then did a fantastic job with researching case law. In fact using the research, he was able to persuade the other party into dropping the case all together! This is a Great Firm! My Attorney was very professional and was Most considerate and displayed Empathy for my situation and always had time to listen and take my calls. Discriminations claim I was put into contact with Mrs. Burke about a claim against my employer. I had an injury to my shoulder that required surgery. After healing, my doctor told me that I could go back to work on light duty until my next Dr appointment, my employer denied me work. I tried everything possible to work with my employer, but to no avail, they terminated me. Mrs. Burke took me under her wing and was there with me through every step of the process. these guys are nothing but a bunch of patent trolls, there's documentary about them. Being a patent troll means they buy up patents from bankrupt companies and use them to sue early startups when some part of their app might feature a their obscure patent. They do nothing to progress the world, they just try to skim pieces off other people who are trying to create new things for us all to enjoy

Patent Trolls that own the very shell companies that they supposedly represent. What a joke.
