I wanted to start off by saying that Mr Kertscher was a huge help when i needed him the most on my case. He was very attentive,informative,professional, and helpful with all the questions i had for him. I give him a 5 star easy.

My situation was very complicated, and involved Worker’s Compensation, FMLA/ FLSA, and ADA. Doug has the experience and track record to successfully litigate in these areas of employment law. I found myself terminated after jumping through all of my former employer’s hoops that I had been told that they needed to “help” me. Although, I knew in my gut that something was very wrong, I was reluctant to fight what seemed to be a David vs. Goliath situation. I was terrified, confused, and very much believed that, “He who has the gold, makes the rules.” Doug took the time to listen to the very complicated series of events that had transpired, and was confident in obtaining justice for me. His confidence never wavered, and he and his team worked incredibly hard to obtain a more than favorable outcome for me.
