Ken is a lifesaver and he's the best attorney! I've had a very complicated immigration case that has carried on for many years. Prior to Ken, I had met with five highly recommended attorneys but they weren't capable of taking my case and didn't believe there was anything at all they could do. They encouraged me to give up and told me no one would be able to help me. Ken was completely different and had no qualms about my case, and assured me that it would work out. I was not disappointed, he put in a lot of work and care into my case. I received my green card in less than 6 months. I would recommend Ken to anyone, no matter what level of obstacles their situation contains.

Ken was very helpful and diligent with the work. Got me an L1B, then a H1B visa renewed 2 or 3 times, and finally a green card (received in the mail last week. Great work!

My petition to bring my wife over from ethiopia was not going anywhere until i hired Ken. in fact it was rejected multiple times. Where do I begin...Ken has been truly amazing throughout the entire process of applying for the green card for my mom. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful and always willing to answer all our questions (and we had many!). He was upfront with his fees and everything else, which we really appreciated. Ken Levine, though he is based in Georgia and I am based in Texas, worked with me throughout the whole process of my H1B application. Why you should hire him: 1. He is professional. He replies to your every e-mail promptly and even his e-mails are written very clear and easy to understand; 2. He delivers what he promises. From the get go, he told me he is positive that he will get me my visa approved. After 2 RFEs, a denial, and an appeal for reversal of decision, my application got approved. MY VISA WAS ALREADY DENIED. YET HE GOT THE USCIS TO REVERSE THEIR DECISION. What more can you ask for? 3. He is very organized and prompt. If he needs documents for your case, he informs you when he receives it. If he received something from the USCIS regarding your case, he sends you a copy through e-mail (original documents were sent to me after he got my visa approved). His e-mails are very straight-forward so you won't be confused on what to send him; 4. He makes you feel at ease.
