I dislike how they lead you on and ask for confidential documents and only for them to tell you they can’t help again. Understandable that every case is not going to be their expertise but after two phone calls, there needs to be transparency if they don’t plan on taking your case. The sad part is they can’t even pick up the phone and explain why they would ask someone to send in their documents and then switch their response. How they handled that ordeal via email was very distasteful. The phone call or “consultation” needs to be truthful and not misleading.

What I value most in attorneys (or anyone for that matter) is honesty and accountability. Craig and his team demonstrated those qualities in spades. I couldn't recommend them more.
