Had been thinking about a trust for a while and had a consultation with Atty Eban. She understood my situation and made some suggestions that made sense. That for me is the standard stuff - you know how to get me where I want to go. The difference maker for me is how I feel about the journey. ABSOLUTELY WONDEFUL!! Couple of examples: 1. I called on a Friday night; something crossed my mind; didn't want to forget by Monday(I'm seriously old) Saturday I get a call from one of her team members (Andrew) and give him a bit more detail. Later, SAME Saturday, Atty Eban called me to follow up. 2. When I call the office - instead of "Law offices how may I direct your call" or somesuch, I get "Hi Mr. Bayne, how can we help you today?" Small thing but it makes the journey nicer. 3. Tessa and Taylor- two of the sharpest support folk I've ever met. They know what's going on - not just a buffer between you and your attorney. So organized- final signing of docs- just plain smooth!! Summary- You always feel like you are the only reason they came to work that day.

A little slow in getting a letter of engagement out to me to sign which delayed the review of the selling agreement I engaged Thrift McLemore to perform, but once that was done, Kevin was very responsive, patient and did a great job.
