An unexpected situation arose when our aged mother received an unexpected insurance windfall. The amount wasn't that great but enough to disqualify her from receiving Medicaid benefits. I quickly realized that I was in over my head in trying to deal with the government rules and regulations so I researched law firms that concentrated on elder law and decided on Hurley Elder Care Law. From my initial consultation, I knew that I'd made the right decision which was reinforced at every step of the process in rectifying our problem. Of course, everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional in their areas of expertise.
