Everyone at this office has been knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate. They know the intricacies of dealing with bureaucracies and what to expect from Hospitals, gov't agencies and others. They help plan for your future as well as the inevitable last stop and those you leave behind. They respond to questions in a timely fashion with useful information. Compassionate they are and will go out of their way to assist you in surviving difficult times. Personally, I could not have navigated the Medicaid circus with all of the documents demanded by the gov't, there is more to the process than a person will find described most anywhere else. Everyone will get their monies worth dealing with this firm. Thank you.

Dealings with our family's female lawyer at this Law Firm was not the BEST EXPERIENCE one could ask for at a difficult time! To cap it off, after sending our 90 year old parent to an Assisted Living facility in Wisconsin to live out her life, our family received both a SYMPATHY E-MAIL & a lovely mailed SYMPATHY CARD with their Law Firm's condolences! Thank goodness I called my Mother & she answered her cell the day I received these condolences! I REST MY CASE!

We are incredibly grateful to Hurley Eldercare Law for the assistance they gave us with my parents. We have now had them to help us get our own estate in order. First, my parents.... When it became clear that we would be unable to take care of them, Hurley helped us to get their estate in order to make sure that they would be adequately cared for in Assisted Living and/or in Nursing Homes. Miles Hurley told us about the Veterans Aid and Assistance program which my qualified for as a WWII Veteran. Applying and getting approved is a long process and can be quite arduous. Miles helped us with that and also with their wills and other legal documents so that they were both well cared for and comfortable the rest of their lives! They even had a nurse on staff who frequently visited my parents in the assisted living center to make sure they were being properly cared for! The "End of Life" is a series of landmines that could have easily eaten up may parent's entire estate and ours! Thanks to Miles Hurley and his staff, my parents were comfortable and cared for during their last few years, and I am grateful to know that my wife and I will also be comfortable and cared for the rest of our lives!
