Very Impressed. I called to schedule phone consult and while it was established early on that It would be best if I contacted a firm in another state as most of my Father's estate is there, Mrs. Hurley not only took the time to answer questions but also asked additional questions to help me prepare for my consultation with another firm. She also helped me locate a certified elder care attorney in that state. It's rare to find this quality of service anywhere these days.

My wife wrote the following about our first meeting with Mr. Hurley, at the end of which we asked him to prepare some documents for us: "My husband and I had a lot of anxiety about what might happen to our ability to care for ourselves as we aged, especially as we have no children or family able to help us. Then we found out about Hurley Elder Care Law. In our initial visit, Mr. Hurley answered several of our questions and helped us sort out the legal documents we need in our estate plan. I have never received so much value for an investment in my life. This highly professional group of individuals have given me such comfort and peace of mind during some of the most challenging and difficult times in my life(caregiver for my wife and dad). The folks at Hurley EC Law have been wonderful! They have a complete staff that deals with every detail of family member's care. They have helped my family for twelve months, now. I walked in a year ago without any idea of what I needed to do to help an elder family member. They came up with a plan, assigned staff members to deal with a variety of needs, and continued to keep track of all of these details for the past year. Every person I dealt with at Hurley has been very nice and extremely competent. The staff that handles finances and government forms is very much more competent than an individual would be. They know the routine and requirements needed to get approvals. Hurley has RNs on staff that act as advocates for family members. They visit and check on family members. They crosscheck the medications. They meet along with the family at the nursing home meetings. Every visit to the Hurley office is a pleasant experience. The receptionists are polite, always remember my name, and are quick to help with my requests. I recommend the Hurley EC Law staff wholeheartedly.
