Miles Hurley’s firm helped me very efficiently and effectively created a concise notebook of a Will, power of attorney, health care directives and assisted me with assistance to legally place my husband on Medicaid so we could afford the extraordinary costs associated with skilled nursing homes. After my husband passed away they again assisted me with creating a living trust. I’m so grateful to this group of highly trained professionals who exemplified excellence across the board . I know my heirs will have a definitive action plan to follow upon my death. Thank you Miles and team !

Phew... we finally made it; however, it would have been totally impossible without the help of Mr. Hurley, Paul, Nicole & staff. We had a lot of work to do between all of us and my stress level maxed out. From the very first day I could tell we made an excellent choice when we hired Hurley Elder Care attorney. They treated us like we were their only client. There IS a lot of paperwork that needs to be done. However, a staff member came to our home and slowly and methodically explained each section of the DNR, the Wills, the application for Medicaid and a plethora of forms necessary to removing “worry” from our future. I won’t kid you, at my age, 81, trying to contact each of our utilities and banks , providing them documents they would need to make changes was a tedious task but again by contacting the appropriate Hurley employee when I ran into a snag and having them quickly respond was a priceless asset. They stayed with me every step of the way and were patient and kind if I became frustrated. Several times it was necessary to have them be on a particular call so they could lend their expertise. When we were at our wit's end as to how to get Medicaid assistance for our loved one who was at a Skilled Nursing Facility, we were referred to the Hurley Elderly Care Law Firm. There. we were not only listened to, but, heard. The attorney was personable, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. The attorney worked with us to set up a Qualified Income Trust and begin the application process for Medicaid. We were encouraged and guided through the application process. We left the office hopeful. Throughout the application processing period, Hurley Law maintained regular phone and email contact with us, updating us on the status of our application until it was approved. Theor service was invaluable to us! We will forever be indebted to them!

My wife and I hired Mr Hurley to update our estate planning documents, which were quite old. My father had long ago established a personal revocable trust, with himself as the primary trustee and myself as successor trustee. As time passed and he needed more assistance with his finances, it was clear something had to change. I wasn't sure what to do, or how to make changes in a legal and proper manner. My Dad was able to simply resign as trustee and I was able to take over as primary trustee, which was simple and effective for our situation.
