I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. Despite promising to have my contract ready within 48 hours, she failed to deliver. Personal circumstances aside, she should not have taken on my case if she couldn't handle it. I feel scammed out of my money. Communication was another major issue—she rarely answered calls and frequently promised to "look into the matter and call back," but those follow-ups never materialized. Despite assuring me of a refund, I never received one. I strongly urge caution when considering her for any legal services, free consultations, or professional hire. If you've had a similar experience, consider reporting the issue to the State Bar to seek proper resolution. On a side note, I hate reporting a negative review on a Spellman grad, but professionalism and honesty trump everything. She should be removed from her oath of helping people.

BEWARE ! called for a consultation and Amanda answered the phone . She cut me off and stated it's the Holiday season and they are about to close . She then rudely stated I called 3 times and she thought it was an emergency . She talked to me as if I was nothing but another number and did not care . Ha ! No worries Amanda , I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Enjoy your Holiday today on 12/10/2024

Poor representation, she has no sense of urgency on importantt matters. Your best bet is to find other legal representation. Don’t waste your time.

Nicole is very unresponsive while dealing with important matters. She promised me contracts with a 24 hour turnaround window. I have to call her and remind her and when she decides to call back it’s always on a Friday and her excuse that she can’t get things to you is that it’s a Friday. After goingthrough this loop with her for several weeks, I called again, and someone who sounded like her, answered the phone and said that she was out sick. We have called her several times, and she does not respond, even though these are very important matters that she’s dealing with.

It took Nicole three days to call me back for my original consultation which should have been my first red flag. When I talked to her about my case. She responded that the trauma I was going through sounded “pretty cool.” She was however informative so I did ask her to send over a contract for hire. She told me she would have it to me by the end of the afternoon 2 more days pass. She didn’t send it. I call her again and she tells me it is 1 PM on a Friday so I would have the papers by the next day. Another week passes I call again and she says it is 2 PM on a Friday so she will send it the next day. I called again because she doesn’t and she says that she will send it right away because she didn’t realize that I needed to get started quickly. She never sends the paperwork. I call again a woman that sounds just like her answers the phone but she says that she’s the assistant and Nicole will call me back. It has been two weeks. I have not heard a thing. If you are in any type of rush to get your case done look elsewhere

Nicole guided me through my divorce with ease and truly fought hard for me and my children. She was kind, understanding, and extremely supportive!!! I would recommend her to ANYONE who needs not only an attorney, but a friend in this process!!! Divorce is never easy, but I didn't lose sleep over any of the process. She was absolutely amazing!

Attorney Elder actually listened! I have consulted a few attorneys in my child support matter and they seem to never listen. This kind of law can be heated and ordinarily has lots of innuendo and emotions that go hand-in-hand with the cases. Other attorneys were detached and didn't effectively represent or fight for what I wanted. With Attorney Elder I truly feel like I have an advocate because she represented my specific needs!
