Cliff represented me in my personal injury lawsuit. His communication style is one that does not do a good job at answering all your questions. He will explain the circumstances as to why your recovery is what it is, but that is made with assumptions that there is nothing more can be done. Any question directed at him will be met with a defensive attitude implying that the question is unreasonable. Cliff conveyed information to an outside lawyer on matters of our case (different firm, we allowed him to in the initial agreement) who then communicated it to us. This greatly impacted my ability to trust Cliff as he was more open to communicating about the case off email and not to his client and information came to us but not from Cliff. Cliff did not push to determine possible additional outcomes that could help with my case. He took the easiest approach of just filing against the insurance company of the policy holder of the vehicle. When pressed to explore other options (ex. family member or additional policies), Cliff responded "If you feel they are hiding coverage you are free to retain a new attorney to pursue those claims." This was upsetting as I thought he was my attorney. Was he nothing more than the messenger to push your hospital and police records to the policy holder's insurance company? I hope that was not the case. In an additional example, where I hold additional insurance that I would like to explore, Cliff responded that it was not possible. Then went to a different attorney who claimed it could be possible. His knowledge on this is less than accommodating to the severity of the case. The best Cliff was able to do was properly caution us about the risks of not signing the releases and settlement statement that he negotiated based on what he felt was fair, to him, the insurance and finally the injured. All in all, if you are looking for a messenger, go to Cliff. If you are looking for an attorney that makes you feel he has your best interests at heart, I would look elsewhere. I am sorry you are in a situation where you need a personal injury lawyer but please do not regret the one you chose.

I have used Anne Turner twice now for two different cases and BOTH times she was absolutely wonderful! She is very professional and is a bulldog when she needs to be! I would 100 percent recommend her anyone and wouldn't want anyone else representing me in court. That's how much I trust her and I do not trust ppl. She WILL do what's right.

I'm looking at the other reviews and I can't give the same rating. My first encounter with Mr. Turner was god awful. Not a good experience at all.
