Great knowledge and service

Attorney Vail, I just want to say a HUGE thank you for the representation you afforded me today. It was OUTSTANDING and much more than I ever could have hoped for. You listened to my concerns and sympathized with all my struggles. You felt more like a friend than an attorney. You worked that mediation agreement like a BOSS and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!

The Fairrell Firm is a pleasure to work with. From scheduling the appointment with attorney Joi Fairrell and setting you the zoom call to Jois’ professionalism and attentiveness during the consultation. I left the meeting with all my questions answered and a clear path forward. The follow up has also been amazing and my case is on the way to getting resolution.

Other party ended up filing contempt order on me after I received advice from Shannon Davis. After the final papers were sent to me and I acquired about certain things she assured me that all my demands had been met, however the way that the agreement was worded from the other party it did not work out in my favor. This particular attorney I was not satisfied with at all. Paternity was also established in my case and my attorney never even seen the results or no where the paternity test were taken at, they just took the other parties word that the test were determined as the father. Dealing with a bitter ex he would do anything in his power to hurt me and sadly this attorney not the system had the best interest for my daughter. I’m back where I started with my case and wasted my money with my case, from a fairly simple case. I’m very upset especially when I referred a friend to this firm and her case was handled was differently.

The Fairell Firm represented me very well. I initially thought I was at a disadvantage because I was a father going into the courtroom. Attorney Fairell and Roy immediately gave me the confidence I needed to help fight my case. Attorney Roy was very well prepared when we got to mediation. She she on time, knowledgeable of my case, and very professional. I was very impressed with her performance in mediation. Attorney Roy was so good, and she made the other attorney look so bad, the defendant decided to hire a new attorney. Attorney Roy responded to emails quickly and always put the best interest of the client first. In the end, I got everything I wanted and more. One thing I was impressed with is how Attorney Fairell always knew what was going on with my case. Attorney Fairell is the truth and she is very verse when it comes to the laws in Georgia. Hana was always efficient and helpful when needed and very pleasant to speak to. The Fairell Firm is the absolute best!
