I was involved in hit and run in November of 2020 that damaged a cervical fusion from a prior car accident in 2013. I was overwhelmed with trying to work, raise kids, and field calls from the insurance adjusters. I knew I needed to see the neurosurgeon that did my fusion in 2013 but had no idea how that could happen. So, I went to the Fairell Firm for help. Attorney Hall and her paralegal immediately made me feel at ease. They were knowledgeable and experienced. Attorney Hall wasted no time getting me to a physical therapist and working with my neurosurgeon so that I could get the care I needed. They handled everything so I didn't have to worry. They kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to call and ask questions-- not once! Attorney Hall got me the settlement she believed I deserved and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome of my case.

Let clarify I gave you a retainer of 5000 dollars you only used 1500 of it by that time I wanted to try and work it out so how you keeping the rest I never understood. It could have been used for something else or nothing at all.
