I especially wanted to leave a review in response to the Amazing consultation that I had with Joi, at the Fairell Firm. I was very nervous and a little on edge, not knowing what to expect. But right from the start, Joi put my mind at ease and patiently answered all of my questions. She listened to my concerns and I felt heard. Afterwards, she effectively communicated her very strategic thought process. I could certainly tell that this was an attorney who wouldn't mind being creative in her effort to getting the job done! I never felt rushed while meeting with her. She even went 45 minutes over the agreed upon consultation time! But, I believe that it was her compassion that impressed me most. It goes without saying, she cares. She showed concern for my immediate wellness and suggested that I make that my priority, even over attaining her services.
