I'm not a hard person to satisfy, but this law firm basically legally robbed me out of over $15k. If you a man getting a divorce don't go to this law firm. Attorney Kelly mentioned to me twice about being mother friendly. I thought attorneys don't have feelings. How does it look when your divorce attorney is telling you she is a mother friendly person? I didn't hear this until I was already maybe $10k in. Then for some reason they changed attorneys and I ended up with Attorney Roy. At least she was intelligent enough not to tell me she is mother friendly. But she was not intelligent enough to write out my divorce decree correctly. So I did get the divorce completed. But I still have my ex spouse sharing my property with me. And she is legally doing it based on what Attorney Roy wrote on the divorce decree. Make sure if you are getting a divorce, your attorney writes out that you will split the equity. Instead of writing the amount. The market changes and your ex spouse will fight you if it comes out less than it was when you were in court or settled. Now I attempted to email Attorney Roy to see how she can legally help me get my ex spouse name off my property and she ignores my email. When I call she tells the paralegal to pass messages. This law firm failed me. All I really wanted was a 100% ownership of my property. Now my ex spouse is BOLDLY telling me she won't sign her name off the property because the mistake my attorney made. Stay away these ladies are vicious they are sharks and man haters. And they don't mind collecting your dollars to screw you at the end of the day. You should of called me back when I 1st said I had a problem with the refinancing. That was weeks before i wrote you this review. Did you really check all the emails I sent? What do you mean "drag me"? Lil mama you could not drag me if i gave you the tools to do it. Whats stopping you? Because you threatened me and put my whole case on this platform like there is no client/privacy that existed. Ill let the ppl know how i am still suffering after your legal representation. 1st I had to hire another attorney to correct Attorney Roy errors. Thats more money I shouldn't have to spend. 2nd this case is still pending my divorce was final on April 3rd 2019. Imagine owning property you cant do nothing with because your ex spouse is still part owner. Imagine your attorney messing up so badly you cant even file contempt of court on him/her. Attorney Roy did not obligate my ex spouse to sign the quick deed form on the divorce decree. So my ex spouse cannot be held under contempt of court for that. She also made it so i would be responsible for 100% of the refinancing cost when my ex is getting half the equity. Now you tell me Counsel, is that right? Now i gotta refinance all the way back over once this case finally get to a judge. This time no thanks to you my ex spouse will have pay half of the refinancing cost. Just thought i would let ppl know my experience with you all. Btw this is the 1st time i have ever gone through a divorce. So of course I wouldn't really know if you were good or horrible until after everything is said and done. You are horrible!!! And your sharks made my life worse than it was when i was married. Aint no allegations about that.

I enjoyed my experience because my consultation was very informative and I felt I can trust this firm. I had an over the phone consultation and I got all my questions answered. In addition to a welcoming conversation, I good some good advice that will help me in the future. My first experience trying to explain my situation but this firm laid a very easy and manageable process for me to follow. I highly recommend this firm. She was very receptive to my questions and I will continue to highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Joi was very empathetic and gave me sound advice to consider before proceeding. She also gave me specific information about what to expect and how to prepare. I feel confident that she has my best interests at heart and will do everything she can to help me make it through this process in one piece. 5 stars.

I rate 4 instead of 5 only because I ended up not retaining them so really don't have a full experience to review. I suspect they'd get a 5 if I did! I had a consultation with Ms. Fairell because I was fast losing confidence in my current divorce attorney. She advised that I see it through due to the timeframe of my case and that my current attorney wasn't quite as bad as I think. She'd have (probably) taken it had I pressed but I respected her professionalism and review of my 'facts' and situations so it seemed unwise to NOT follow her advise. In addition, she explained her firm's costs, procedures, etc. in great detail - nobody likes surprises. Hopefully, I'll never have need for a lawyer again as long as I live but if I do I'll go straight to Ms. Fairell.

Phenomenal law firm, Mr’s Joi Fairell is very professional, down to earth and knows her stuff. She keeps it real and makes sure that you’re informed. Nice, clean professional appearance of the law firm that anyone can appreciate. Get off Facebook and go see them live and in person for your law questions, I did.

This law firm is 5 stars...I felt at ease with the whole process being that this was my first legal experience. Attorney's Joi and Roy were very professional experienced and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking legal advice/counselor

THE ATTORNEY THAT NEEDED A GOOD ATTORNEY SAID: My experience with Joi Fairell and The Fairell Firm was phenomenal! It is obvious that Joi is clear about the vision for her firm and she has imprinted that vision upon her staff. As a family law attorney myself, I am very intense about the practice of law. However, I could not control my emotions enough to represent myself. I was a somewhat difficult client. Nonetheless, Joi, Jephonne and The ENTIRE Fairell Firm remained professional (yet firm) and patient with me from start to finish. The marketing and presentation of this firm was impressive. I was comforted by the office appearance, staff friendliness and ease of the online case management system. It was a plus to go online at anytime and track the activity on my case. Joi and The Fairell Firm obtained a favorable settlement on my behalf when my life savings was subject to equitable division. Because of their legal knowledge, attention to detail and team work, they applied pressure that the opposing party was simply not ready to receive. To say the least, the services rendered were worth every dollar I spent! I HIGHLY recommend this firm for a hotly contested divorce.

I LOVE this firm!! My case did not turn out how I wanted. However I knew the entire time my attorney fought for me. I would highly recommend The Fairell Firm to anyone needing amazing representation. My case was a unfortunate one because of my previous attorney not fighting for me. I contacted The Fairell Firm to clean up her mess. The communication was absolutely amazing with the attorneys. They stayed on top of every email and phone call. I am eternally grateful to the Fairell firm for fighting for me till the very end even when I felt defeated. Every case can't be won. I don't feel like anything differently could have been done. They went to war for me and they were the only firm that has ever stood for me so aggressively.
