This is the second time I’ve used this firm, both times have been successful. As a father in the state of Georgia the odds are stacked against you, but the staff and entire team will work tirelessly for you and your case. The entire staff not only walked me through the process of what rights I have, but also were realistic with me about my case. If you’re looking for a law firm that will advocate for you and your situation, look no further! 10/10 will always recommend!!!

I have used The Fairell Firm, with 2 different cases. My first case in 2022 Attorney Jenkins fought for me to get joint custody of my two sons. Attorney Jenkins was there with me step-by-step even though the highs and lows through the whole process, she believed in me as a good father. Recently this month, I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Fairell. Attorney Fairell was amazing! With a short window from the courts, to retain a lawyer(7 days ). Attorney Fairell did not skip a step and giving it 2000% effort. She was able to get my most recent case dismissed. I’m so thankful and appreciative to the whole team there truly a team effort. I started my divorce in august of 2023, the retainer was paid in 2 payments, as of this moment march 11,2024 not 1 single thing has moved on my case. Normally you rate services after they’re done, but im hurt and depressed that I lost all my money and I have nothing to show for it. Please do your research before hiring an attorney, paying 5 or 6 k upfront doesn’t mean you get great service. I’m sorry 😢…

Este lugar los busque en una página donde según eran uno de los mejore cuando fui y le expliqué mi caso me dijo que el costo era 5,300$ los pague Cash de una ves no fue por pago , y si se alargabas el caso iba ser más dinero y dije que estaba bien cuando tuve la primera corte se alargó el caso porque a la abogada se le holvido un papel no estuvo preparada para ese dias y la juez cambió la corte y que llegáramos a un acuerdo estuve casi 2 mese llamando mandando correo y nunca me contestaron hasta que fui asu oficinas y tampoco me atendieron llegamos a un acuerdo con la mamá de mi hija cuando se iba firmar el acuerdo tuve que pagar 600$ más luego fuimos a corte para que el juez firmara el acuerdo luego despue de vario días le mando un correo para que me mande el acuerdo para tenerlo conmigo me reponde que no me puede reponder ni mandar el acuerdo porque tengo un valances negativo de 2,500 y le preguntó por qué dice porque ellos me llamaron y envieron correo ellos nunca me llamaron ni tampoco me enviaron correo el punto es que perdí el caso con todos la prueba no se como se gastaron 5,300 solo para llegar a un acuerdo no logro entender esto no recomiendo este lugar
