I enjoyed working with this attorney's office because we were so relieved she spoke Haitian-Creole. Our daily was very sad because we didn't know what to expect during our deportation case since my brother-in-law was up to be separated. She was able to resolve the case within a few weeks and even prepared him for the interview. Her staff has been very friendly and responsive.

Provided excellent, competent legal advise for estate planning.

Do not use Ancillary Legal or only with GREAT CAUTION. I had a hearing last week. Subpoenas I sent to be served on an expedited, rush basis were not even attempted at two addresses. No checks for mileage or witness fees were printed. No notes in the file about even printing mileage and witness fee checks for witnesses after we discussed this by phone. They could not confirm where one witness was served because she wasn't served and the two other addresses where she could have been found weren't attempted. No - as in zero - communication from the company about the status of service of subpeonas. I am counting my blessings that the hearing date was bumped a week out - otherwise I would have been missing key witnesses for trial. I am shocked by the lack of accountability, lack of communication, and disorganization in this company. The company contacted me and apologized. They explained that they terminated the employee responsible. They also wrote off the expense. I hope that this will change the service received by future clients.

I am pleased to write a review for my friends at Brannon Napier Elder Law in Atlanta. As a medical Social Worker, I had many occasions to refer clients for elder law consults. This firm was always at the top of my list. When I needed legal services, I followed my own advice and worked with Chris and Kelley for all of my necessary documents. Several years ago, my mother’s hospice social worker met Chris Brannon, Kelley Napier and Jeanie Christian when she attended free informational meetings they presented for seniors and she was very impressed. She recommended them to me and I am thankful she did. Chris has taken care of several legal issues for me. He has always given me great advice and attention to detail as well as being polite and friendly. I have also spoken to Kelley and she's very efficient and helpful. It’s obvious that all their personnel like their work and enjoy working with each other. I recently updated my estate/end of life plans and Chris did an excellent job explaining it all to me virtually, since it was during the Covid-19 crisis. He answered all my questions patiently and in plain speak instead of legalese. When the documents were ready to sign, he told me to stay in my car and he met me outside. He explained each document I needed to sign and had two witnesses ready to sign after I finished. I appreciate the care they took to keep us all safe with masks and social distancing. The finished documents were mailed to me after being filed and it relieved me having my wishes all done for my family. The Brannon Napier blog is very helpful and have passed some of the information on to out of state family and friends. I highly recommend Brannon & Napier for estate planning, probate and any other legal issues which affect seniors.
